caching problem solved

We’ve been using WebSupergoo’s component in a few projects for a while, it’s quite easy to work with and cheaper than pdflib. Plus, offers a method called AddImageUrl, which writes the content of a specified url into a PDF file.

Unfortunately, there’s a big caching issue: the site content of a given url is being cached and this cache seems not to be refreshing, even if you disable caching at all. But there’s a very easy work-around for that, just append a GUID as a dummy parameter to the url string. So, instead of calling

try the following

AddImageUrl("" + System.Guid.NewGuid().ToString());

This will do the trick!
